01 How long does it take for orders to reach their destinations?

99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days of payment, and most arrive within 5-10 business days. The simple math: Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time. These are estimates, not guarantees.

02 Am I going to receive my order on time?

Please order at least 1-2 weeks before you need the item to arrive. That window gives us room to process the order and gives the carrier room to deliver it without rushing.

03 Are items shipped together?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes ship in separate packages, even when combined shipping was selected. Each piece still arrives, just not always in the same box.

04 Do you offer free shipping?

No. A shipping charge based on size, weight, and destination is calculated and displayed at checkout, so you know the cost before you commit.

05 Can I change my shipping address?

Yes. Contact us before the item ships and we will update your address. Once it is on a truck, we cannot reroute it.

06 Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within the continental United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

07 Can I get a refund, return, or exchange?

Yes. Contact us within our return period and, depending on the issue, you will be fully or partially refunded. We stand behind what we send out.

How do I place an order?

Select ADD TO CART on any product page, then review your cart to confirm size, quantity, and fitment are correct. Click CHECKOUT, enter your shipping address, and pick your preferred payment method. The whole process takes about two minutes.

Can I track my order?

Yes. The moment your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier link. We send progress updates along the way and a final confirmation once delivery is confirmed, so you are never left wondering where your shipment is.
