Shipping Policy

Versa Solutions is committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery of products throughout the United States. Because shipping methods, carriers, product categories, and delivery requirements vary by order, the terms outlined below govern all shipments made by or on behalf of Versa Solutions.

1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

Versa Solutions currently ships within the United States only.

We reserve the right to modify available shipping destinations, methods, and service areas at any time without notice.

2. SHIPPING METHODS

Versa Solutions may utilize a variety of shipping methods and carriers depending on product type, order size, destination, inventory location, and manufacturer requirements.

Shipping methods may include:

  • Small parcel carriers

  • Less-than-truckload (LTL) freight carriers

  • Full truckload (FTL) carriers

  • Manufacturer-direct shipments

  • Specialized freight providers

  • Other commercial delivery services

Versa Solutions reserves the right to select the shipping method and carrier best suited for each order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are determined based on factors including:

  • Product type

  • Weight

  • Dimensions

  • Freight classification

  • Destination

  • Order quantity

  • Delivery requirements

  • Carrier rates

Free shipping promotions, freight allowances, and delivery incentives may be offered on select products, quantities, order values, or promotional programs at Versa Solutions' discretion. Eligibility requirements may change without notice.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, shipping charges are separate from product pricing and may be included on quotations, invoices, or order confirmations.

4. ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing times may vary based on:

  • Product availability

  • Manufacturer lead times

  • Inventory levels

  • Credit approval

  • Custom product requirements

  • Order verification procedures

Submission of an order does not guarantee immediate shipment.

Orders may be delayed due to backorders, supply chain disruptions, inventory shortages, production schedules, or other factors beyond Versa Solutions' reasonable control.

5. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Any delivery dates, transit times, or estimated arrival dates provided by Versa Solutions are estimates only.

Versa Solutions does not guarantee delivery dates unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Versa Solutions shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Freight carriers

  • Manufacturers

  • Weather events

  • Labor disruptions

  • Supply chain interruptions

  • Government actions

  • Material shortages

  • Force majeure events

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

6. SHIPPING TERMS

Unless otherwise specified in writing, Versa Solutions shall arrange transportation and shipping on behalf of the customer.

Certain transactions may be sold FOB Destination when specifically stated on the quotation, invoice, or order documentation.

Shipping arrangements may vary depending on the product, manufacturer, destination, and shipping program associated with the order.

7. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS AND BACKORDERS

If a portion of an order becomes available before the remainder of the order, Versa Solutions may offer partial shipment options to the customer.

Partial shipments will only be made with customer approval unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Products not immediately available may be placed on backorder, subject to manufacturer availability and supply conditions.

Versa Solutions reserves the right to cancel backordered items when product availability cannot reasonably be obtained.

8. CUSTOMER SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Delivery address

  • Contact information

  • Delivery instructions

  • Receiving hours

  • Site access requirements

Versa Solutions shall not be responsible for delays, additional charges, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

9. ADDRESS CORRECTIONS AND REDELIVERY CHARGES

If a shipment requires:

  • Address correction

  • Reconsignment

  • Redelivery

  • Delivery rerouting

  • Appointment rescheduling

  • Customer-requested delivery changes

Any charges imposed by the carrier may be billed to the customer.

Versa Solutions reserves the right to pass through all carrier-imposed fees associated with customer-generated delivery changes or errors.

10. ACCESSORIAL FREIGHT CHARGES

Additional freight charges may apply when special delivery services are required.

Examples include:

  • Liftgate service

  • Residential delivery

  • Inside delivery

  • Limited-access locations

  • Appointment delivery

  • Construction sites

  • Schools

  • Government facilities

  • Religious institutions

  • Farms

  • Storage facilities

  • Other locations requiring special carrier handling

Customers are responsible for any applicable accessorial charges imposed by freight carriers.

11. INSPECTION OF SHIPMENTS

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments immediately upon delivery.

Visible freight damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

Failure to document visible damage at delivery may negatively impact freight claims.

12. FREIGHT DAMAGE AND SHORTAGE CLAIMS

Claims involving freight damage, shortages, concealed damage, or delivery discrepancies must be reported to Versa Solutions within five (5) business days of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Photographs

  • Delivery documentation

  • Packaging materials

  • Product information

  • Carrier documentation

  • Other supporting evidence

Customers must retain all original packaging materials, damaged products, and related shipping documentation until the claim investigation has been completed.

Failure to cooperate with claim investigations may result in denial of the claim.

13. REFUSED DELIVERIES

Customers who refuse delivery of correctly shipped merchandise may be responsible for all costs incurred by Versa Solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Original freight charges

  • Return freight charges

  • Restocking fees

  • Storage charges

  • Carrier fees

  • Administrative costs

Refusal of delivery does not automatically constitute an approved return.

All return requests remain subject to the Versa Solutions Return Policy.

14. STORAGE FEES AND ABANDONED SHIPMENTS

Orders delayed, refused, abandoned, undeliverable, or otherwise unable to be delivered due to customer action or inaction may be subject to:

  • Storage fees

  • Re-delivery charges

  • Carrier fees

  • Return freight charges

  • Restocking fees

  • Order cancellation charges

Versa Solutions reserves the right to dispose of, return, resell, or otherwise manage abandoned merchandise at its sole discretion after reasonable efforts to contact the customer.

Any costs incurred by Versa Solutions in connection with abandoned shipments may be billed to the customer.

15. CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Custom, special-order, private-label, made-to-order, and printed products may be subject to extended lead times.

Estimated production and delivery schedules are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Versa Solutions shall not be liable for delays arising from customer approval delays, manufacturer production schedules, artwork revisions, supply chain disruptions, or transportation delays.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

Versa Solutions shall not be liable for failure or delay in shipment resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather events

  • Fire

  • Flood

  • Pandemic

  • Epidemic

  • Labor disputes

  • Transportation interruptions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Government actions

  • Utility failures

  • Material shortages

Shipping and delivery obligations shall be suspended during the duration of such events.

17. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Versa Solutions reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective upon publication.

18. GOVERNING DOCUMENTS

This Shipping Policy is subject to the Versa Solutions Terms of Service and Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as the Versa Solutions Return Policy.

In the event of any conflict between policies, the Terms of Service and Terms and Conditions of Sale shall control.
