Return Policy

Effective Date: 6/1/2026

At Versa Solutions, we are committed to providing quality products and exceptional service. Because many of the products we supply are commercial, industrial, food service, safety, custom-order, and freight-shipped items, returns are subject to the terms outlined below.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for return, products must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Return request submitted within fifteen (15) calendar days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused.

  • Product must be unopened.

  • Product must be in its original packaging.

  • Product must be in resalable condition.

  • Product must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these requirements may be denied return authorization at Versa Solutions' sole discretion.

2. RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED

All returns require prior authorization from Versa Solutions.

Customers must contact Versa Solutions and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") before returning any product.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

Issuance of an RMA does not guarantee acceptance of the returned product or approval of a refund or credit.

3. RESTOCKING FEES

Approved returns are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee unless otherwise approved by Versa Solutions.

The restocking fee will be deducted from any approved refund or account credit.

Versa Solutions reserves the right to waive or reduce restocking fees on a case-by-case basis.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the return is the result of a Versa Solutions shipping error or an approved defective product claim, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned products are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Versa Solutions is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

5. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law:

Custom Products

  • Custom logo stretch film

  • Printed packaging materials

  • Private-label products

  • Made-to-order products

  • Products manufactured to customer specifications

Special Order Products

  • Non-stock items

  • Special-order items

  • Products sourced specifically for a customer

Opened Products

  • Opened nitrile gloves

  • Opened personal protective equipment (PPE)

  • Opened food service products

  • Opened paper products

  • Opened chemical products

  • Opened cleaning products

  • Opened sanitation products

Other Non-Returnable Products

  • Clearance items

  • Discontinued products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Products not in original packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, abuse, alteration, or negligence

5A. CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Production of custom products, including custom logo stretch film and printed packaging materials, will not begin until customer artwork approval has been received.

Customer approval of artwork, proofs, specifications, and production details constitutes acceptance of all content, including spelling, colors, dimensions, logos, and design elements.

5B. PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Variations in manufacturer packaging, labeling, product appearance, country of origin, color, texture, dimensions, or other non-material characteristics shall not constitute a product defect, provided the product substantially conforms to the manufacturer's specifications and intended use.

For personal protective equipment, including nitrile gloves, reasonable variations in packaging, box design, color, texture, or manufacturer packaging updates shall not constitute grounds for return or claim.

6. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Products believed to be defective must be reported to Versa Solutions within fifteen (15) calendar days of delivery.

Versa Solutions reserves the right to inspect the product, request photographs, request manufacturer review, or require return of the product for evaluation.

Versa Solutions does not manufacture the majority of products it distributes and makes no independent representations regarding product performance, compatibility, efficacy, regulatory compliance, or fitness beyond information provided by the manufacturer.

Defective product claims may be subject to manufacturer review, inspection, testing, or approval prior to replacement or issuance of account credit.

For verified defective products, Versa Solutions may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product;

  • Issue an account credit; or

  • Provide another commercially reasonable remedy.

Versa Solutions reserves the right to coordinate defective product claims directly with the manufacturer when applicable.

7. INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

If Versa Solutions ships an incorrect product, customers must notify Versa Solutions within five (5) business days of delivery.

Upon verification of the error, Versa Solutions will arrange for return shipment of the incorrect product and provide the appropriate replacement product or account credit.

Failure to report shipment errors within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

8. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments immediately upon delivery.

Visible freight damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

Claims involving freight damage, shortages, or concealed damage must be reported to Versa Solutions within five (5) business days of delivery.

Versa Solutions may require photographs, supporting documentation, packaging materials, and cooperation with freight carrier investigations before processing any claim.

Customers must retain all original packaging materials, damaged products, shipping documentation, and related materials until the freight claim investigation has been completed and Versa Solutions authorizes disposal.

Failure to retain packaging materials or cooperate with claim investigations may result in denial of the claim.

8A. REFUSED DELIVERIES

Customers who refuse delivery of correctly shipped merchandise may be responsible for all costs incurred by Versa Solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Original freight charges

  • Return freight charges

  • Restocking fees

  • Storage charges

  • Carrier fees

  • Administrative costs

Refusal of delivery does not automatically constitute an authorized return.

8B. CUSTOMER ORDERING ERRORS

Products ordered incorrectly by the customer, including but not limited to incorrect sizes, quantities, specifications, dimensions, colors, gauges, configurations, or product selections, may be eligible for return only if all requirements of this Return Policy are satisfied and return authorization is granted by Versa Solutions.

Approved returns resulting from customer ordering errors remain subject to applicable restocking fees, return freight costs, and any other charges incurred by Versa Solutions.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

9. REFUNDS AND CREDITS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment whenever possible.

In certain circumstances, Versa Solutions may issue account credit instead of a refund.

Refunds do not include:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Expedited shipping charges

  • Restocking fees

  • Return shipping costs

Processing times may vary depending on payment provider requirements and return inspection procedures.

10. RIGHT TO DENY RETURNS

Versa Solutions reserves the right to deny any return request that does not comply with this Return Policy.

This Return Policy is subject to the Versa Solutions Terms of Service and Terms and Conditions of Sale, including all limitation of liability, force majeure, warranty disclaimer, and governing law provisions contained therein.

Nothing in this policy shall limit Versa Solutions' rights under its Terms of Service and Terms and Conditions of Sale.

11. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Versa Solutions reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective upon publication.
