Zep Orange Float is a specially formulated, non-emulsifying solvent for the control and elimination of build up on lift station walls.

Non-Emulsifying: Floats on the surfaces of the water to control grease and scum build up
Very Effective Deodorizer: Gives a pleasant citrus fragrance as it breaks down grease and scum
Easy Disposal: Can be easily skimmed from the surface
Long Lasting: 1/2 - 1” layer of solvent on the surface at 1/4 - 1/2 gallons per sq. feet for a one month usage
Versatile: May be used as a floating citrus solvent for lift stations, wet walls, and holding tanks

Instructions

Add directly to well or tank or meter into influent sewage at a rate of 1/4 to 1/2 gallon per sq. ft. of liquid surface to form a 1/2 to 1 inch layer of solvent on the surface. Do not pump well or tank dry to prevent excessive loss of solvent. For maximum effectiveness, change solvent monthly. Pump well or tank dry and wash solvent out with a strong stream of water while pumping. (Solvent will separate out and be removed by oil skimmers or collectors.)
