RETURNS
Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the return conditions listed below.
Conditions for Returns
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns of:
• Customized products
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Certain health and personal care items
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of $25 will be applied to all returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at versasupplies@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label.
3. Securely pack the items and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Ship the items back to the address provided in our return instructions.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your items, we will process your refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, minus the restocking fee, within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email us at versasupplies@gmail.com.

Drain Defense Powder helps prevent clogs in sinks, toilets and showers. The enzyme-based formula breaks clogs by cleaning and removing build-up. Using monthly helps maintain home pipes and prevent clogs before they happen. The certified, biodegradable formula, breaks down into carbon dioxide, minerals & water.
For Drain Care to work properly, you need to establish a partial flow so the enzymes can reach further down the pipes and start the cleaning process. Lift the drain stoppers and remove hair to allow Drain Care to reach as far as possible. Run warm water into the drain before treatment. Mix 1 scoop in 1 pint of warm water. Pour the mixture into the drain, and do not use for 6 hours. Treat for 3 consecutive days. Repeat treatment as necessary. Use once a month to keep drains clean. Drain Care is safe and beneficial for all plumbing and septic systems. TO TREAT TOILETS: Pour mixture in and flush once. Do not use for 6 hours. Treat for 3 days in a row. GARBAGE DISPOSALS: Pour mixture into running disposal. Quickly turn off disposal and allow to sit overnight. Repeat as needed.
